Challenges:

For labelling their products, they have until recently had a Fischer Labelling system from 1992.

The machine was serviced by us on an ongoing basis but presented more and more challenges that eventually could not be fixed by our service team headed by Ole Urban.

Throughout the years, the employees at Holistica Medica have developed a very personal relationship with their labelling machine.

That's why Lisbet Baungaard describes it as follows:

"Our label machine is from 1992-93, and with such an "older lady" in the house, we have had our challenges with her for the past several years.

She seemed tired and worn in many areas, but with a loving hand, she has had parts replaced and been serviced. We knew her so well, we thought, that we often found solutions ourselves when she was complaining.

Ole Urban has been a great help in our frustrations and has always had a solution to help us move on.

But then one day - she didn't WANT to go on - and not even Ole Urban could save her.
It was a sad day when she was carried out."

The Solution:

An upgrade of the system was therefore necessary to ensure that the customer could continue to label their products efficiently.

The 30+ year-old labelling machine was replaced with an HM600 label dispenser and an HSA MiniTouch printer, which is an incredibly flexible and user-friendly printer that can print both text and graphics and is very ink efficient.

Lisbet Baungaard is excited about the new upgraded solution and says:

”We are a small company and having to do without our labelling machine was almost unmanageable and very vulnerable. Like everyone else, we want to be able to deliver our products to our customers - backorders are a no-go for us.

This understanding was handled by HM Systems (Ole Urban) in the best possible way - and within a couple of weeks our labelling machine was up and running again - now with electronic control. It was beyond all expectations that we didn't have to wait any longer for our labeller.

One day to install the machine in the company - and one day to review and teach settings to understand the electronic control. Then it was up and running again.

We have met SO much understanding and kindness regarding the questions that have come up along the way - we have been able to call or write, pretty much whenever we wanted, and there has always been a solution.

We are running smoothly again - and even though there are still "hooks" we don't know in the electronic system, our labelling process has become much easier and faster.
