We offer a wide range of label applicators, coders, and printers that are able to work with C-Wrap, U-Wrap, and Full-Wrap solutions.
We have conducted a large number of projects featuring C-Wrap labelling.
C-wrap labelling is a labelling technique that involves wrapping a label around a product in the shape of a "C".
C-wrap labelling can offer several advantages, including improved branding opportunities, increased product visibility, and enhanced aesthetics. The technique can also provide more space for product information or marketing messages, as the label covers a larger surface area than traditional labelling methods.
C-Wrap labelling typically has two formats:
Technical specifications
Dimensions: 1750 x 900 x 1850 mm (LxWxH)
Label width: 10-300 mm
Label length: 500 mm
Capacity: 30-120 packs depending on label and print size
Core diameter: 76 mm
Accuracy: +/- 1 mm
Dispensing speed: 0-100 m/min
Full-Wrap is a way of fully sealing a product with a label. This can be done by applying a label to a pack traveling narrow edge leading or wide edge leading on a production line.
The Full-Wrap labels typically have a format of up to 420 mm and a width of 20-100 mm.
Technical specifications:
Dimensions: 2400 x 900 x 1850 mm (LxWxH)
Label width: 10-300 mm
Label length: 500 mm
Capacity: 50-80 packs depending on the label and print size
Core diameter: 76 mm
Accuracy: +/- 1 mm
